Pool Heater Charge
: $120.00 (£75.00) per week/$25.00 (£15.00) per dayBooking Deposit
: A 20% deposit is required at the time of booking. Full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival.Security Bond
: A $200 (£125.00) bond will be secured at the time of final payment in case of damage to the villa. This is returned/refunded to you once the villa has been checked following your departure.Cancellation Policy
In the event you cancel your confirmed booking, the following charges will apply:
- Cancellation more than 2 months before departure = deposit
- Between 1 and 2 months before departure = 50% of rental cost
- Less than 1 month before departure = 100% of rental cost
