A: It is always best to make your reservation with as much time as possible, in order for us to accommodate you.

A: Just 10 minutes away!

A: No. Sorry for the inconvenience.
Q: Are there shops nearby?
A: There is a new complex with Publix supermarket, pizza takeaway, chinese takeaway, hairdressers, liquor store, nail bar, bank etc all within 2 mins drive.
Q: Are there additional charges when renting the villa?
A: Yes, some... We charge $75.00 extra to clean the villa if your stay is under 5 days. There is an extra charge of $75.00 if you wish to have the villa cleaned more than once per week.
There is a fee to heat the pool (Not recommended during the summer season) - $120/week or $25/day. Of course, there will be a fee assessed if the villa is damaged during your stay.
