• Sunny Villa Orlando is situated in the Bridgewater Crossing area of Davenport. This is an upmarket and very attractive community set within 165 acres of beautiful nature reserve. Unlike other communities, Bridgewater Crossing contains a mix of residential and rental homes. With community swimming pool, tennis court, basketball court, sanded volleyball court, picnic and BBQ area.
• Sunny Villa Orland is the ideal base for your next holiday to Florida. It is a quiet semi-rural spot where guests of owners with rental properties share the community with Floridian residents.
• You are not on the flight path from any of the airports and you are away from the rather too hectic 192.
• Wetlands and ponds make Bridgewater Crossing a relaxing and calm environment. There is also a 3-mile long nature trail around the fantastic Lake Madison where you can take an enchanting stroll enjoying the nature trail as the sun sets in the horizon.
• In short it's an ideal place to unwind after a fun-filled day at the theme parks.  

• Unlike a hotel, Sunny Villa Orlando has plenty of room for you and your family (even the in-laws!). There is no need to feel cramped in this rental villa, it boasts over 2000 sq ft.
• Our 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom villa is neatly decorated and designed to anticipate your needs and offers TV’s with cable in most bedrooms, telephone and high speed broadband internet access.
• It's easy when you arrive too. We know you will be tired and anxious to get settled into your new environment so you you will NOT need to go and pick up a key from an agent (often 30 minutes drive away for some Villas). We have a number pad to allow entry to the villa.
• When you need to go Shopping the local Publix ( 5 minutes drive ) will have all you need. Its vital to get the location right for your holiday and that's why we can strongly recommend Bridgewater Crossing.

• Our pool is screened to provide protection from insects and environmental factors, it has a diamond brite texture with unique dark lagoon colour with heating* available for those colder weeks.
• As well as the great pool, we have many games, a portable CD player along with some CDs, Toys and books. Also we have a VCR and DVD and a small library of videos/dvds for all ages. There are also a three TV's in total.
• Just down the road there is a tennis and basketball court. The area is also suitable for bikes and roller skates. A safe children's play area is also only 5 minutes walk away.
• All Doors and windows with Poolside Access are alarmed.
• Bridgewater Crossing is a quiet community where you will feel safe.  

• We are perfectly located off the I-4 at Champions Gate which has 2 world renowned Golf Courses and with Disney World (where the magic comes alive) only a 10 minute drive away.
• Despite being a location away from the very busy parts of Orlando it does not suffer from a lack of conveniences or facilities.
• The I4 junction 24 is about 5 minutes drive away, this means you are only another 5 to 10 minutes from the gates of the theme parks. This route also avoids the 192 highway which suffers from a good deal of congestion and construction work.
• The local gas station (two minutes away) has basic provisions such as milk, beer, bread, fruit, vegetables and makes and sells pizzas and fried chicken. An ATM machine and video rental is also available at the gas station.
• The Champions Gate Golf course is a 36 hole course designed by Gregg Norman and is just 5 minutes away.
• Other nearby facilities include a post office (five minutes), pharmacy (seven minutes), McDonalds (ten minutes)
• . More extensive shopping and dining is available at Lake Buena Vista or along the 192 which are both about 15-20 minutes away.
